Send me an email or give me a call to discuss your needs and determine my availability. Due to the nature of the business, emails are strongly preferred for the initial contact as well as future bookings.
Once we have determined that I would be able to provide your requested service, we would set up a time for a free consultation/ meet-and-greet at your home.
Prior to the consultation I would have you read forms 1-3 on the Forms page, and complete and email me info sheet 4 or 5 (whichever applies to your needs). If you have Word access, please use that format for the info sheet you email me.
During the meet-and-greet, we would tour the relevant areas of your home, discuss any additional information I should know regarding your pet(s) and home, complete forms 1-3 (which I will bring), and cover any additional questions you may have. At this meeting, I would also collect the two sets of keys, which should be tested prior to the day we meet.
Please note that service is not booked until after the in-person consultation, so you will want to plan accordingly to allow enough time in case it does not work out for whatever reason.
